Founded in 1920, the National Football League consists of 32 teams divided between two conferences. An 18-week regular season runs between September and February. The Super Bowl is one of the most popular and most watched events in the world. This podcast is about all things related to the NFL.

Dan Hanzus, Gregg Rosenthal, and Marc Sessler are the best at what they do. They talk about NFL football, and they break it down from every angle. Of course, the podcast is best when the teams are playing in their 18-game season, but the podcast continues to post three times a week all year long. Over the years, the three co-hosts have become friends and sadly had to navigate the loss of a fourth host—Chris Wesseling who died of cancer in 2021. The three remaining hosts showed amazing vulnerability and talked honestly about grief and the loss of their colleague and friend.

Not only are they experts in football (each host is also a writer for NFL.com), but they host the podcast in a way that takes the game seriously, while knowing that ultimately, it’s just a game.  There are more important things in life, friends and family being at the forefront.

With 30 million downloads per year, Around the NFL is one of the most popular NFL-themed podcasts. Hanzus, Rosenthal, and Sessler make you feel like friends hanging out together in the backyard, talking sports, while grilling up burgers. (NFL Media)
