Sometimes the most wonderful sound in the heat of summer can be the music of an ice cream truck. When I was little, the truck selling ice cream in my neighborhood used to play the song “If You’re Happy and You Know It.” My friends and I were always happy when we heard the truck coming down our street! Whether you’re a fan of creamy vanilla ice cream or fruity popsicles, you probably enjoy a cool treat on a hot day.
