The video-lending service for churches known as TRAVARCA will shut down at the end of 2005.
TRAVARCA (which stands for Television, Radio, Audio-Visual, Reformed Church in America) has been in operation since the 1960s as one of the most popular church-based video rental libraries in the United States and Canada. However, in recent years churches have purchased resources rather than borrow them.
Faith Alive Christian Resources will sell a selection of TRAVARCA’s most popular DVDs and can special order some DVDs. Faith Alive will begin selling the TRAVARCA stock of video titles in January 2006. Look for a description of the videos on the website www.FaithAliveResources.org by the end of January.
