All Nations Korean Christian Reformed Church in Lake Terrace View, Calif., among the largest Korean CRC congregations, has embarked on a new journey of team ministry for both first- and second-generation Korean Americans.

Rev. Tae Kim, who has been the senior pastor since October 2016, is partnering with Rev. Michael Lee, pastor of All Nations Community Church, the English-language ministry for second-generation Korean Americans.

With a new focus on being a team ministry, Kim said, “we build up other’s talents and also support each other in our weaknesses.” Lee will be empowered with equal authority and responsibility.

Regarding teaming up the ministries, Kim said, “We believe that our youth is not a social problem but a solution. We believe that our elderly people are not a social burden but our resource.”
