A life of faith is not only knowing about God, it is knowing God. Getting to know God better is the focus of the Christian Reformed Church’s Year of Faith Formation, which begins in September 2007. One good way to begin to evaluate your church’s strengths and weaknesses in faith formation is to use the survey included in the Walk On resource book from Faith Alive (one copy of this book was sent to each CRC church; its contents are also available at www.walkon.org). Consider making this tool part of your church’s planning for the Year of Faith Formation.
