It’s encouraging to see good people rewarded. Gabrielle manages to thrive despite an absentee father, homesickness, and racism. Today, thanks in part to legendary gymnastics coach Liang Chow, she approaches the sport with a high degree of self-confidence, but it wasn’t always that way.
