Veteran singer-songwriter and worship leader Jaime Jamgochian returns to the Christian music scene with her first full-length project in nearly 10 years, “All Things.” Part of the hiatus revolved around a major health scare. “At the end of 2018 I was hit with severe headaches,” she said in a release. “After so many prayers and doctor visits, I learned I had a Lyme disease infection that had become neurological. I had to stop working and moved out of my home to live with my parents. It was a humbling and hard season. . . . Today, after specialized treatments and lots of prayer, I am beyond excited to have full life and healing and to be releasing music again—something I had given up on.” The music is soft and simple and offers listeners variety. The opening selection, ”Beautiful Story,” chronicles Jamgochian’s victory over Lyme disease. “Just the Way You Are” highlights God’s unconditional love and features a duet with popular Christian artist Danny Gokey. The last two tracks provide a worship medley and a hymns medley. This record is a celebration of God’s healing power. (Centricity Music)
