Various artists, such as Jason Gray and Phil Joel, highlight the Christian need to practice creation care with the unique project. “If you look back at the beginning of Genesis, every time God would create—the light, the stars, the moon, the oceans—he would say that it was good,” said contributor Michael Tyler, in a release. “If God would love this world, put this thing together, and call this thing good, I think there’s a challenge for us to do the same.” Besides Tyler, the eight tracks feature other popular Christian musicians including Aaron Cole, Jason Gray, Phil Joel, and Jason Roy. One song stands out: “Our Common Home.” The chorus states in part: “Lord help us hear the cry of the earth; Asleep or awake; Hear the cry of the poor; Asleep or awake; From the dark of the deep; To the sky-blue dawn; Let us rise in a heart to give; For our common; Home.” Other strong cuts are “So Will I,” worshiping God for his creation and the call to love it, and “Awestruck (On My Way Home),” experiencing God’s creation now and looking forward to eternity. This record reminds believers that God's creation is special. (The Fuel Music)
