Western Christian High Brings Home Cross Country Trophy

Western Christian High School of Hull, Iowa, brought home the Boys’ State 2A Cross Country Championship trophy in October. The Western Christian team competed against a field of 126 runners at the meet held in Fort Dodge, Iowa. “The win wasn’t expected,” said Coach Dan Kroeze. He noted how the team members encouraged each other. “If a fellow team member passed, they cheered him on,” he said.
